My order has not arrived within 5 working days, what can I do?
It may happen that your package is delayed Have you not received your package after 5 days? Send an email to info@gigi-fratelli.com and we will find out where your package is!
Why haven't I received an order confirmation?
As soon as your order has been placed, you will receive you an order confirmation. Didn't receive it? Please check your junk mail. The email may have ended up here. Is it also not in your junk mail? GiGi Fratelli takes the greatest care when receiving orders and sending ordered items. Nevertheless, it is possible that an order is not delivered or is delivered incompletely. You must report this within 7 days of receiving the items.
